Acceptance of the Contract Terms:

Welcome to PER Buckles, the following terms represent a legal agreement between You (also described as "client") and PER Buckles (also interchangeably described as PER BUCKLES).

By placing an order, paying for the order, accepting delivery of a product, accessing, browsing and/or using this site (www.perbuckles.com), you agree that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and comply with all regulations listed on the site and applicable laws.

You and PER Buckles agree that the following terms and conditions are the only terms that govern sales transactions between The Customer and PER BUCKLES, if you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site.

Any claim related to the use of this site and the materials contained will be governed by the terms of the site and the applicable laws of the State of Chihuahua.

Prices and stocks subject to availability in the wholesale or manufacturer warehouse.

Prices are expressed in Mexican pesos and include VAT.

Prices do not include the cost of shipping.

PER Buckles will not be held responsible for any typographical errors, omissions or others in relation to prices or any other information displayed on the www.perbuckles.com site.

Prices, descriptions and details of products are subject to change without notice. We make a great effort to update the price list periodically, however the final price is subject to change at the time of placing your order.

The stocks shown are at the time of placing your order and may vary according to actual availability in the wholesaler or manufacturer's warehouse.

www.perbuckles.com warns that this site may contain omissions, obsolete or inaccurate information on products, descriptions, images, prices or stock if you do not agree with these, do not use this site.

Sales, Shipping and Order Delivery Policy:

All orders are subject to the PER Buckles Terms and Conditions of Use.

PER Buckles reserves the right to cancel or reject any order whether paid for or not.

PER Buckles does not ship outside of the Mexican Republic.

Products will not be guaranteed or set aside automatically unless expressly indicated by either the system or a PER Buckles executive.

PER Buckles reserves the right to limit the quantity of items in order to provide special pricing to all of its customers.

Any cancellation of orders or changes in them must be made by contacting customer service at ventas@perbuckles.com

The customer agrees to provide a valid address within the Mexican Republic where the order can be delivered. In the event that the client provides an address that is not located by the parcel, any other additional cost will be covered by the client himself.

All orders are subject to a processing time of up to 2 days from Monday to Friday during business hours. If you request delivery to alternate addresses, your delivery may take an extra day for the purpose of address verification.

Orders with more than 72 hours of being placed and not paid may be automatically cancelled.

The existence of the products confirmed by the executive of PER Buckles, is at the time of placing your order, in the event that the payment is not confirmed the same day, the section may be canceled, leaving the products subject to being assigned to other later orders.

PER BUCKLES is not responsible for promotions and prices published by third parties outside the site www.perbuckles.com

All orders that are out of stock or ordered on request have an estimated supply time of 4 to 6 weeks, any order that cannot be supplied in that period will be automatically cancelled.

Manufacturers may at any time decide not to supply a product ordered to order.

The prices of all products ordered on request are estimates, if at the time of stocking the product its price is higher than the estimate, the customer must pay the difference to release the order. If the price is less than the estimate, the difference will remain as a balance in favor of the client. When an order on request is canceled for any of the aforementioned reasons, the client will be notified and will be able to decide if they want to use the money as a credit balance to make another purchase or if they want a refund.

The customer pays the cost of return freight in all cases.

The shipping cost will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Payment Policy:

PER Buckles reserves the right to refuse payment for an order for any reason.

PER Buckles reserves the right to reject an order paid by any other means of online payment if it is considered suspicious or fraud. The rejected payment will be returned in the form of the original payment within a maximum period of 5 days.

PER Buckles is not responsible for the time it takes for the payment method or the bank to return the payment to your balance or to your original payment method.

PER Buckles will not pay interest on returns or refunds under any circumstances.

All payments received by Debit or Credit Card are subject to data verification.

In orders paid by credit card, or any other in which the payment service provider requests it, PER Buckles may request documentation from the client to verify their identity and address as a Copy of official identification, Proof of address.

Any payment received by Credit or Debit Card may be canceled or refunded if the identity of the user and/or client cannot be verified and/or if determined by PER Buckles. No interest will be paid on returns or refunds under any circumstances.

Competence:

The commercial operations that take place between PER BUCKLES and its consumers will be governed by the Federal Consumer Protection Law of the United Mexican States and any controversy that derives from its application will be ventilated before the authorities and the courts of the city ​​of Chihuahua, Chih., expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile. We reserve the right to make changes to our page and/or exclusions, terms and conditions at any time. In relation to the commercial information and general provisions for the products offered by PER BUCKLES, the provisions of the official Mexican standards applicable to them are observed.
